Tabitha Brown’s Example for Responding to Negativity
I recently extracted a recipe for a healthy marriage from the five-minute video Tabitha Brown made in response to Wendy Williams’ criticism of Tabitha retiring her husband. Here is part two of what I gleaned from Tabitha’s response.
Tabitha’s response to Wendy was the example of the proper mentality and response we should have toward those who present negativity.
I Am Speaking
My mom taught me to “kill them with kindness,” but her example was non-confrontational, which does not always sit well with me. Taking the high road does not have to mean taking the silent road or no road at all. Tabitha kindly and honestly spoke in an assertive action to help Wendy (and other doubters) see the power of love and how it manifests in a healthy marriage.

Cleansing Aids Perception and Reaction
Those familiar with Tabitha Brown know that she is vegan. Since taking the journey to cleanse my body, mind, spirit, and even my home, I’ve noticed how I am mentally clearer, which allows me to perceive things clearer, more accurately, and with a lens of positivity. I perceive God’s word better. I hear Him better. I have the mental space to receive and develop great ideas. I am less moody and lethargic, providing the right attitude and energy to execute ideas.
