1) I'm sorry your therapist ghosted you. That is highly unprofessional of any healthcare provider. Have you considered leaving a review or reporting her? My black, female OB/GYN discharged me (https://medium.com/illumination/i-am-a-black-woman-who-was-discharged-by-my-black-female-doctor-78ba0a3de7ae) I think some of US feel entitled because of a lack of us in our community that we take US for granted and mistreat us. I hope you find another therapist to help you.
2) I SOOOO relate to you. I know me and I can tell you about me. I'm smart. My thing is help me. I've done the analysis. Yet, some therapists are just in analysis and diagnosis mode and that's about it. I let a black woman know that and she tried to turn it on me as if I was being stubborn. I am introspective, so I know who I am and why I am the way that I am. I am also private, as you are, so I get all that it takes to even confess certain things.
3) I love your writing. The way you described the emotion on her face in comparison to the foundation. Sister, you write like a novelist.
